Not the memorable meal I was expecting nor close to the excellent meals we have had there in the past. The halibut tasted and smelled fishy and not fresh. Veal was tough and flavors were not like in the past. Desert was Excellent View all feedback. What PaulL doesn't like about The Rose:
I dont see what all the fuss is about. Mediocre preparations the octopus was soft but flavorless, the tartare bland and inferior quality, and the veal scallopini was a pale version of what this dish should be. Disappointed. PS. My friend, on the other hand, liked it. View all feedback.
