I had the trout... read more This is an eclectic little place. It has the log cabin vibe of a mountain town. The service was great! They had several specials for the night. I had the trout which was delicious and my husband had the bison steak which was also delicious! They have generous side portions that give you the feeling of a great home cooked meal. If you don't care about fancy and just want a great meal, this is a great place to try!

They had a steak and lobster special that w... read more We have been going to the Gashouse at least once a year during our annual visit to Beaver Creek. We always loved it. They had a steak and lobster special that was a wonderful meal. This year the special is gone and they don’t have any lobster! It’s disappointing, but probably just a result of the current economy. The food this time was excellent as usual, but we really missed the lobster. That said, it’s a cute, little, old fashioned ,mountain-style restaurant and we will return!
