Washrooms are absolutely disgusting. One sink doesn't work. The one that does hardly pours water out. Dirty floor. What looks like blood on the wall. Atmosphere: 1
Short Phillipino girl was kinda shouting at someone at drive thru. I used to work in Tim Hortons before but this kind of customer service i never saw it. The owner should make them attend customer service classes before putting them on work. I saw that lady even before,never a smile on her face. I think she is not the right person working the customer service. The owner should take an action. I tried both of the tim horton,the other one is worse than this. As a truck driver we don't have that many option to stop by.
This is not the first time a thing like this happened. Although I am posting it for the first time. The person who works at tim horton named 'wendy ' have no customer service skills. She is so inpatient and rude that she have a amazing ability to ruin anybodys day with her voice and the attitude. She doesn 't speak at high tone, she yells at you and when u reach the window literally argue as much as she can and just roll her eyes, leaving you speechless.
It was good as any other Tim Hortons the donut was fresh the coffee was good. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
I don't know about their coffee I don't order it but the Staff is always friendly but Its hard to communicate over the intercoms sometimes, and it's extremely fast to get your food, but man I think they're overworked, always so busy here, at least when I see it, and there's so many orders and things going on, they mess up orders a lot, but it's not even their fault, as the environment and pace is not good. I've worked in kitchens before, it shouldn't be everyday that hectic, no idea the solution, needs some dude specialising in fast food efficiency to check it out. The corporates need to reduce the amount of sugar in the doughnuts it's getting out of control, does the public really want that much sweetness in a crueller, also shrinkflation and putting excess wood pulp and fillers is hitting this fast food giant more than others imo.
