Tim Hortons - Edson

Celina that works drive thru is rude and doesn't have patience for people at night. Just wanted to get a list of the soups they had and she rudely told me she couldn't hear a word I was saying so I politely asked if I could order at the window to solve the problem and she wouldn't allow me to do that. Then proceeds to charge me for a bun with my soup when I never received a bun.

Friendly service, small and cozy.could get very crowded when busy. Washrooms need more attention. The food and coffee tasted the same as any Tim.

I am not a coffee drinker and seldom stop at the fast foodies. We were, however, on a bus transfer from Jasper to Edmonton and made a pit stop in Edson. On the menu board I saw an item marked NEW, an all in or 4 cheese Bagel. It was the best breakfast sandwich ever. Later in the week at Edmonton International I had the opportunity to extent a new habit.

We frequently stop for our favourite caffeine beverage at TH. Parking ok for RV's. Lots of visitors which made the service quite slow. Pleasant people behind the tills though.

The food is good - usual Tim Hortons quality. Although, I've received several sour milks through the drive thru. It is often too busy to stop. The lineup in the am is huge! Maybe we need another tims. Inside is small with only a few tables. Staff are very rushed
