When a customer tries to speak to the current owner about a matter (many of which described in the 1 3 star reviews on google) she demonstrates: crass, crude, uncouth, extremely rude fo your face (publicly yells) etc in an attempt to shame you. When that happened to us, and when I witnessed such treatment by herself to others, one can literally see her employees physically quiver as if she has gag orders or has them summoned to silence, they quiver when they see her act like that as if they are afraid of her or afraid of being let go. But one can observe her treating then at times the same... though she spends most time in the connecting tale and bake section next door, which isn't bad because one in the restaurant side can eat without fear of reprimand from her if they dare ask to speak to the owner! It is without surprises that most of the negative posts speak of overall rudeness from staff because THE APPLES DON'T FALL FAR FROM THE TREE!! Hopefully she'll sell to another who actually cares about customer service. Or maybe she'll go out of business and a new restaurant with a new welcoming attitude will grace the community! Very nasty mannerisms to say the least! Not sure if she is married but would be difficult for any husband or anyone in her family I'm sure to live with her, if she treats them in the same entitled raw manner that she treats the general public (at her choosing, mirroring again the negative posts that state they are selective in whom they choose to treat with any sense of decency)....
