When... read more The staff at this location can be somewhat inconsistent, especially a female employee whom I suspect may be the owner. She has a rather sarcastic attitude. When I asked a straightforward question about whether my request was possible, all I sought was a clear answer. The sarcasm was unnecessary. I believe the staff would benefit significantly from improving their basic customer service skills.

However, this particular location seems to be struggling with both staff availability and training. My latte was quite disappointing—it tasted watered down, and the milk options were more limited than I anticipated, especially for Second Cup. To make matters worse, my order was wrong twice before they finally got it right. I sincerely hope they can address these issues soon.
