This is definitely my favorite Second Cup in the city! I really appreciate the friendly service and the fact that you make my tea latte perfectly every single day. The quality is consistently excellent, no matter who is on shift, and everyone is always smiling. What more could you ask for?
The staff at this location can be somewhat inconsistent, especially a female employee whom I suspect may be the owner. She has a rather sarcastic attitude. When I asked a straightforward question about whether my request was possible, all I sought was a clear answer. The sarcasm was unnecessary. I believe the staff would benefit significantly from improving their basic customer service skills.
I’m a huge fan of Second Cup and usually consider it my favorite coffee place! However, this particular location seems to be struggling with both staff availability and training. My latte was quite disappointing—it tasted watered down, and the milk options were more limited than I anticipated, especially for Second Cup. To make matters worse, my order was wrong twice before they finally got it right. I sincerely hope they can address these issues soon.

The restaurant really needs to update their online hours. It says they close at 7 PM on Sundays, so I drove 15 minutes just for coffee, only to find they were closed. Very disappointing!
