While the area is nice, the loft didn't quite provide the cozy atmosphere I was hoping for. However, the coffee was really good, making it a great option for a quick 30-minute stop in the morning or during the day.

I was sitting by the fireplace reading my book one of the girl start mopping by my foot…. Like come on! Wait until I leave I don’t wanna be smelling the mop.I’m going back to Starbucks to say the least.

It creates an unwelcoming atmosphere when you walk in.

On my first visit, the service was slow due to new employees who seemed confused and poorly trained. It took an unreasonable amount of time to receive my order—I observed the staff struggling even though the place wasn’t busy. The next day, I returned and encountered the same new employees, who mistakenly made my drink again. I politely pointed out the error, but after waiting in line a second time, they got it wrong once more. It was clear they had no idea what they were doing. When I asked for a refund, I had to wait yet again, which added another frustrating 20 minutes to my experience. On my final attempt, I was the first customer in but watched as others who arrived after me received their drinks before mine. One person, who had ordered last, even walked out with his drink right away. When I inquired about my order, the staff member just stared at me blankly, clearly clueless about my request. Overall, this location is poorly managed, and even in a pinch, I wouldn't consider returning."
