The muffin I ordered was slimy and soggy when I open it up. The egg sandwich has no sauce or seasoning, tastes bland, it's dry and gross. The Americano has the worst flavor, I've had better coffee at circle k. The only thing ok about the order was a Chai latte, but it was very much ok, not good but not bad. The menu in the drive-thru is so horrible looking too.
This restaurant offers a wonderful variety of treats to accompany your coffee. I only gave the service four stars because it appears that there is always only one person working, even during busy times.
Tried French Vannia Frappa for the first time and first time in the business. The staff member was quick to respond despite being on a call working he mopped everything up. I tried to say I'll do it he was cool with it. He have me a full replacement of the drink as it was a full drink that was splattered on the floor.Appreciated the Surprise of the replacement drink as Second Cup is EXPENSIVE wow.Lovely atmosphere although slightly too dim in lighting some people with vision loss may find it challenging to navigate and see. Same for Deaf people/people who can sign not bright enoughoverall a pretty good drink and chatWheelchair accessibility: All flat but no automatic buttons observed but cannot be 100% sure. Call ahead and inquirer first recommended
