I visited thre... read more It would be wonderful if Safeway 816 provided fresh salads and fruit mixes. Each time I visit, the menu items seem to be at least three days old. I visited three Safeway stores today, and they all had the same problem. I'll have to swing by a Save-On or Sobeys after work since they prepare salads more regularly.

However, Safeway 816 at Terra Losa... read more I'm not usually a big fan of Safeway, mainly because their prices tend to be higher for a fairly standard grocery experience. However, Safeway 816 at Terra Losa is actually quite nice. The store looks renovated, is clean, and very convenient for a quick visit. While browsing the menu of items, I found some pleasant surprises: Nespresso was a dollar off, and a whole watermelon was just $7.99. I always check the Häagen-Dazs out of habit—it was reasonably priced, though I skipped it this time. Overall, Safeway 816 isn’t my go-to spot, but this location definitely made a good impression today.
