Since there was 3 big meat... read more My family took me here for a birthday dinner, at my request. I had seen on Global, the fried chicken, and was really excited to try. Since there was 3 big meat eaters with me, we had the sampler platter, and added extra fried chicken. We decided on sides of the garlic fries, the Brussel sprouts, beans, and corn bread. The service was very fast and friendly, and great explanation of the menu, for new visitors. The sampler platter was more than enough for all, and with the sides, we were stuffed, no room for dessert! Everyone agreed the brisket was the star of the meal, so we even took home a pound for the next day, although it wasn't trimmed of the fat as well as you get in the dining room. You do tend to get a salt overload here, ESP, the garlic fries, but you can't stop eating them. We loved the Brussels sprouts , but no one finished the beans. A bit smoky for our taste.

We got some of every kind of meat on the menu with 3 sides and it was surprisingly quite reasonably priced for the 5 of us. Go there early to get a table and not have to wait- we went around 5:30 pm.

I had the Beef Brisket Sandwich with house fries and a craft cola, and it was delicious and the perfect portion size for me to feel satisfied, and not stuffed. As for prices it is very reasonable compared to some other places, and for the food you’re getting, it is worth it 100%. My one annoyance is that it’s $4 for a can of pop, other than that, no issues. Kudos to the staff who all dressed appropriately, and kept the building very clean (inside and out). 5 stars for a fantastic night, definitely will be coming again.

The one pound that I or... read more Best BBQ brisket that I have had in a very long time. It was so juicy and flavourful full of subtle hickory and cherry wood smoke notes. The one pound that I ordered just got gobbled up. The sauces are generous provided at each table: Bourbon (the best), Cherry, Spicy and Mustard. Use a little, use a lot!The cherry chili rib was lip smacking good fully sauced and perfect in every way.Service was attentive and also made us feel comfortable.Meat is a perfect five star all around!
