Was Samuel Martinez at Kfc a mag?
The chicken is tasty, the only reason I gave four stars is because one piece of my chicken was burnt, and the lady who filled my order only dropped my order on the counter turned around and walked View all feedback.

I ordered wings at the drive-thru and was told it would only take 7 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for half an hour, feeling like I had wasted my time. I was really disappointed. Fast food? Not so fast after all.

I pre-ordered 20 hot wings 30 minutes in advance, but upon arrival to pick up my order, I was informed that they had given it to someone else. I was asked to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order.

Placed an online order early in the morning for late afternoon pick up. Arrived for pick up and the order was not ready. My son waited almost an hour for chicken to be ready. I was told they didn't have enough chicken (white pieces) and the person preparing the order just arrived for their shift. There was also some excuse about the manager. Offered a free salad for our inconvenience. Second time in the last couple months this has happened.I called KFC Canada to offer feedback. The lady on the phone was very sorry and asked me about the location. I gave her the address and she asked for the postal code. At that point I was exasperated, thanked her and told her it is her responsibility to have the business postal code. I am surprised KFC is still in business. I will no longer support KFC with my dollars and I will make sure others know of my bad experience.
