The refund was not immediately made.It took almost five days to solve this problem and my family didn't have a satisfactory dinner that night because of the poor handling of the Jollibee staff.The way to apologize is also wrong.They couldn't accept their fault right away and it took them a long time to apologize.Does this make sense?I ordered and ate Jollibee for the first time, but with this experience, I will never order and eat it to this store again.

One issue is that the restaurant does not offer paper cups and lids but restaurant’s plastic cups instead if dine-in. I can understand the environmental awareness behind this gesture but really lack of flexibility for customers who cannot finish their drinks during dining in.
