A group of us went for dinner around 7 pm. There was one large table already eating, and us. The very friendly woman who served us was so helpful and kind. The food was freshly cooked, hot and delicious. Seafood items were done perfectly, veggies cooked nicely and not overcooked at all. Two of us went for lunch, our first time having dim sum. The server was very cheerful and helpful and funny. We ordered sticky rice, pork and shrimp dumplings, shrimp and cilantro dumplings and ginger beef dumplings. Our food was pretty fast, about ten minutes. Great food, It’s our go to, drive from St.A cause it’s worth it for the Quality and taste ! DimSum made fresh not on a cart and Hot and Sour soup is a true cold remedy!
Food is ok but they are out to rip you off. Ordered the lunch special but asked for no rice. So food was ok. I also asked for an egg roll. The first one was empty so I sent it back. When I got my bill my lunch special was $5 more than what was listed. As well my egg roll was more than listed. I asked why and she told because I asked for no rice they made me the full order. You think they would if told me that before hand. As well the egg roll on the menus is the dim sum price not the single order price. ???? Clearly they have done this to other people. There was no apology or anything. So I will never go back. The worst $30 lunch I’ve ever had. Shame on you guys. You lost a customer.
We love it here. Fast greasy efficient food. Been going religiously for probably 1O years. Never a bad meal. Best One Tom soup in town!! Great options and choices never a bad meal. Small and personal little place but cozy. Love it!
Traditional dim sum dishes prepared to order. a little pricey but you do seem to get what you pay for.
Full disclosure I love Dim Sum. But I am always bothered by the fact that food can sit on a cart for some time before being brought out into a huge room and eventually make it to our table. Not the worst thing I admit but it still niggles me at the back of my mind. Solution ... Dim Sum Delight. The family business serves up all the treats from a Dim Sum style restaurant but it is cooked to order (and it’s fast). All the traditional favourites served up piping hot and delicious. Not fancy just terrific.
