This location is awful. I walked in, got looked at as I walked up then as I said “Hi” to order, I get “can you give me a moment?” so lady can tap her screen.I get that this location prob gets some rougher folk around the edges, but Jesus, I am here to pay you money for fast food. Learn some customer service give off half a smile.
I stepped into this location last week. Food okay and staff too few. The tables were not cleaned and the bathroom was horrid. The toilet paper roll was laying sideways on the floor, the urinal was a mess as well. The wall was covered in some dark streaks all over. Especially under the hand dryer. Their head office needs to check the locations and keep quality in check. Id give it two or three stars but their mens room always pulls them down at this location.
This particular a&w has gone way downhill ..I used to come here all the time in my 20s when I was hitting up Whyte ave on the weekends .it was awesome then ..now it's very unfriendly staff ,and cold food .I will never return to this
Besides the homeless people coming in and treating the staff behind the counter and was a little worried a bout the staff their there to serve customers not unruly people who are their for a place to get out of the coldParking: Organic coffee the best in canadain period
