Contribute FeedbackDespite some disappointing dishes and experiences, the restaurant seems to excel in other areas. The atrium offers a cozy reprieve, service is top-notch, and the breakfast buffet, despite being a bit pricey, boasts a delicious spread. Special occasions are made memorable with attentive staff and delightful surprises. While there were some hiccups with reservations and certain menu items, overall, the ambiance, service, and quality of food seem to strike the right chord for most diners. Whether it's a family brunch or birthday celebration, this restaurant appears to have something for everyone.
The French onion soup is atrocious! Served in a flat bowl, onion soup with an island of low-quality gummy bread with some melted cheese. This was a poor excuse for a bowl of french onion soup. There were two tables the whole time our party of 3 was there and there were 2 servers. Foodservice was slow and didn't clean our salad plates before bringing out our mains. Just an overall disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend it.
Servers were amazing, it was my Dads Birthday and my parents Anniversary They surprised them with a mini cake, so very thoughtful. Service was great will recommend the atrium to friends
Breakfast buffet was great, smaller selection than it used to be a few years ago. The waffles are amazing. Bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, hash browns, cereals, muffins, deserts, prime rib, salmon, eggs Benedict, vegetarian lasagna, pasta and a few other dishes to choose from.It took a few minutes of waiting before we were seated, the servers were having to fill the role of being hostess. Can’t fault them for that as it was clearly a management decision to not have someone being a host to reduce costs. The atrium is a loud environment, you can still have a conversation and the background noise does make it harder to eavesdrop so that may not be a per person for a breakfast buffet, it is pricey so either be prepared to eat a lot to get your value. Or just recognize the food is a lot better than Denny’s or IHop and that those chefs do cost money
Always a good reason to celebrate at the Atrium.Selection has been reduced, so the value is not at it's best.No more self serve toast ......why
The eggs and sausages were so bad, anyone in the restraint who had them on their plate did not finish them. Coffee was undrinkable by the coffee lovers at our table. Disappointed with the amount we paid for what we got
