I had a good experience at 1st and in located in West Edmonton Mall. The food was solid and came out quickly, which is always a plus. Drink prices were standard—nothing outrageous—and overall the pricing was fair compared to other bars in the area. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive, which definitely added to the experience. One thing that stood out as a bit odd was the men's washroom—specifically the soap dispenser, which was empty. It felt a little contradictory given there's a sign on the door about cleanliness. Hopefully that gets addressed soon. Other than that minor hiccup, it was a positive visit and I'd definitely consider coming back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I sat down and waited for quite a while. They suggested I sit at the bar for quicker service, but it turned out to be a waste of time. The service was terrible, and when they did pay attention to me, it was far from satisfactory. I won't be returning.

The waitress was incredibly friendly, and we even won tickets to the game on Friday! The service was quick and welcoming, plus we received some complimentary items—what's there to complain about?
