I highly recommend the build-your-own burgers, as they have always been great. The tater tots and fries are some of the best I have ever had. However, the service is slow and the tables are always sticky and not properly cleaned between customers. The atmosphere is loud, making it difficult to have conversations with others.

We told her we were... read more My husband, a friend, and I came to this restaurant for a few drinks. We were seated promptly and Charmaine, our server, greeted us quickly. We told her we were only there for drinks, but she made sure to check in after our first round to see if we needed food and ensured we didn't have to wait long for our next drinks. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, but it was the excellent service that will make me come back the next time I'm in Edmonton. It's a fantastic spot for drinks, fun, and a great time. I will definitely return soon! And a big thank you to Charmaine for the great service.

Drink prices were standard... read more I had a good experience at 1st and in located in West Edmonton Mall. The food was solid and came out quickly, which is always a plus. Drink prices were standard—nothing outrageous—and overall the pricing was fair compared to other bars in the area. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive, which definitely added to the experience. One thing that stood out as a bit odd was the men's washroom—specifically the soap dispenser, which was empty. It felt a little contradictory given there's a sign on the door about cleanliness. Hopefully that gets addressed soon. Other than that minor hiccup, it was a positive visit and I'd definitely consider coming back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
