What LisaS doesn't like about Soy & Pepper:
We’ve been craving a good Korean restaurant in the downtown area. This one comes close! I wish they didn’t charge us $5 a dish for kimchi. We missed all the side dishes that are typical in other Korean restaurants(for free). Otherwise, very friendly service. View all feedback. What Daphne Chapman likes about Soy & Pepper:
The food was really good. We had the fried chicken appetizer, which was delicious – definitely squeeze lemon on it. Galbi (Beef) was absolutely fabulous. Definitely a must have. Bulgogi was good, although not amazing, would probably recommend galbi instead. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We loved our dinner. View all feedback.

read moreSoy Pepper, located in the heart of Edmonton, is a modern and upbeat bistro-style restaurant offering a delicious variety of traditional Korean dishes. The menu, filled with excellent options, provides a great introduction to those unfamiliar with Korean cuisine, yet still satisfying for those well-versed in it. The bright and stylish decor creates a welcoming atmosphere, while the efficient and friendly service enhances the overall dining experience. The portions are generous, with the lunch special in particular being a great value. The food, while flavorful, is not overwhelmingly spicy, making it suitable for a wide range of palates. With a welcoming ambiance, attentive service, and delicious food, Soy Pepper is a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy Korean cuisine in downtown Edmonton.
