Was OpenTable Diner at Woodwork a mag?
The whole experience was amazing and the cocktails were 10/10! Our server let us know she was new but still was able to recommend things and help answer all of our questions. Apps were amazing, our steak was slightly over cooked, we ordered medium rare and it was closer to med well, but even so it was still delicious. We all left full and happy! View all feedback.
What Enanu dislikes about Woodwork:
The food at this restaurant was a bit hit or miss. The Brussels sprouts and fries were delicious, but the halibut special was disappointing - bland and dry. The drinks were good, though the service was a bit slow. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the ambience was great. Overall, I would consider going back again. View all feedback.
We had a great meal and it was a very comfortable atmosphere.
We were left sitting for quite some time before a server paid us any attention. The restaurant was quite loud and the choice of background music was poor. The server was average. My meal was cold when delivered to the table and the steak was fat. Extremely disappointing. However, the Brussel Sprouts were excellent. Very expensive for a disappointing meal and average service.
Dylan began as our waiter and was excellent. Ordered drinks which were very good. Then we got a new waitress who explained that she was late for work so Dylan had covered. We ordered more drinks and appetizers. The appetizers never showed up so we eventually waved her over to ask. She went and checked and said that they had been delivered to the wrong table and had been eaten. We reordered them and our meal. Appetizers came and were good. Then the chicken entrees never showed up. Again we asked and she went to check with the kitchen. The kitchen is an open style. She came back and explained that they were just being plated and would be out any second. It was obvious looking at the kitchen that this wasnât the case. After ten more minutes of waiting we had to go. I asked her to please cancel our meals as we had to tickets to the citadel. She did not apologize and got us our bill. She did not say one word. We paid the bill and left. I then emailed Woodwork to share our story. They did apologize and sent a gift card asking us to come back again. We most likely will not go back to use the card as that basically only pays for cocktails. A nice token but not worth it to risk a ruined dinner date

The food, drinks, and service were fantastic. However, the restaurant was uncomfortably hot which made us decide to skip after-dinner drinks and dessert. I haven't visited in a while, but I don't recall it being so warm before. I would like to return, but I will make sure to call ahead and check if the air conditioning is working properly.
