My daughter got stuck in the leg with a dirty fork hanging from under the cushion of the Booth upon arrival. It took an hour for me to get my food and when I got it, it was cold. Although they immediately took it back and gave me another entree that was better. My daughters steak was over cooked and they made her another one. View all feedback.

Unfortunately, my family experienced a truly abhorrent experience dining at this restaurant on 3/15. Our server, a larger woman with glasses and a short ponytail, was incredibly impatient as she was taking our order. My daughter, who is 8, read the menu verbatim which simply states “fruit juice”. I asked her to clarify which juice she would like which prompted my husband to ask, “what juices do you all have?” The waitress, already being very short with us, named orange juice, apple juice, and cranberry juice. My other daughter then asked for apple juice. My husband asked if pineapple juice was available, after which the waitress replied yes. The girls then wanted to change their drinks to pineapple juice after receiving this new information. The waitress became annoyed and in a tone completely inappropriate to use towards a child, looks at my daughter and says “so what it is Apple or pineapple juice?” I responded by stating that she very clearly just asked for pineapple and that would have been her first choice had she listed ALL of the juice options like we’d asked. As my husband begins to order, she rudely cut him off and continued addressing our children grilling them about the juice they wanted. At this point, I requested a different server. She stormed off to the kitchen, where the staff seemed more focus on supporting her through a tantrum (that could’ve been avoided had she simply listed all of the juice options OR the kids’ menu didn’t simply state ‘fruit juice’ , than serving my family. Afterwards we waiting over an hour for food which we eventually had to have boxed because the wait was that long.Again, it is truly disheartening that an adult woman who works in the service industry would speak in such a demeaning tone, especially to children. This restaurant should invest in quality customer service training and quickly.
