The distillery itself is run by a flavor mad scientist with an impeccable sense of style. So get over there, order some snackies and try a cocktail. I will always be there for the gins but for non gin drinkers, its a pretty spectacular playground as well. If you want to be sure you have a spot make a reservation, but definitely drop in and check out the spot it's full of surprises.
