The meals were flawlessly prepared, and the atmosphere was elegant, blending a gallery setting with the dining experience. The cocktail and wine selection was impressive, and the staff were fantastic.
Charcoal is one of my top choices for dining in Edmonds. The food is outstanding, the signature cocktails are consistently enjoyable, and the wine selection is exceptional. The location is unbeatable, just two blocks from the waterfront, and there's plenty of street parking available.
This was our second visit, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the salad and the steak—they were absolutely perfect. Truly a five-star experience!
Great steaks, of course. But this restaurant has food you'd never think of. The duck was superb. The marrow and beignets were a new experience and delicious. The pork belly in lettuce cups was very tasty. And that's just a sample of some of the great menu items. When you go here, branch out and challenge your tastebuds to a new experience!
