Wu's Shanghai Dumpling (edison) Shàng Hǎi Xiǎo Lóng

I never write reviews let alone bad ones. But I cannot express my disgust and disappointment. Our server was kindish, but after the first dish (cucumber salad) everything went down hill. The scallion pancakes were literally puff pastry with ZERO filling. The shrimp steamed dumpling tasted like it came out of a freezer. The udon noodles were stale. not al dente, but literally stale. the green beans even more stale we had to give them back. Last but not least, the dish i had the highest hopes for. “The spicy pork wonton in spicy PB sauce” I love a good peanut sauce and have tried this dish elsewhere numerous times. When i tell you DO NOT order this dish unless you want to eat a straight up spoon of jiffy’s peanut butter covering a saggy wonton. It tasted like a REESES PEANUTBUTTER cup. If i wanted dessert I would have ordered it. Im sorry i’m just so disappointed.

Limited service (order at a kiosk, bus your own food, disposable utensils), but they more than makes up for it in the astounding food quality. Get the soup dumplings, the spicy peanut butter wontons, scallion cucumbers, or all 3 and share

Closed for vacation until Aug 6 but website indicated they were open.

We drove 20 miles to eat xiao long bao only to see an employee vacation sign on the door. Could you please correct the time information in Google? Very frustrated, very irresponsible and very disappointed!

Best Soup Dumplings I have ever had in U.S! Highly recommended!
