This restaurant deserves five stars! The only reason I deducted one star is that they discontinued my favorite corn chowder soup. During my visit, we tried the French onion soup and the ten-vegetable soup. Each soup comes with the option of chips or a French baguette, which makes for a lovely combination. The chips add a satisfying crunch, while the bread rounds out the meal perfectly. Their other baked goods, like t... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I love panera, but this place needs to improve the drive-thru maintenance process. if a particular order needs more time and keeps the line, and then they should redirect these cars to a certain waiting area until their orders are finished. keeping all cars in the drive is ridiculous. This place is truly a little slice of peace on earth. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, allowing you to come in and catch up on some work. The atmosphere is always spotless and serene, featuring a cozy fireplace and plenty of seating. I was helped by a young man named Patrick, who was super friendly and down-to-earth. He had a great smile and was very patient while I decided what to order. The cooking staff was also very sweet, informing me that they didn’t have the bread I requested but were more than willing to accommodate my needs. I seriously recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to the staff for being so wholesome and kind to a regular stranger like me; it truly filled my heart with joy.
I strongly advise against eating there! I waited over 45 minutes for a flatbread, and I had to plead just to get it made. They had food sitting for minutes without checking on it, and ultimately, they just threw it all away. It's a terrible place to dine. It used to be quick and delicious, but that's definitely not the case anymore.
I visited this restaurant on a weekday evening and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for a sandwich. It's definitely the largest Panera I've ever seen, and the cozy wooden cabin vibe is quite inviting. However, the experience was marred by the lack of staff to prepare food in a timely manner. Waiting 30 minutes is simply unacceptable. When my sandwich finally arrived, it only had a few pieces of chicken in it. I would personally recommend avoiding this place, as there are plenty of other dining options nearby.
Generally speaking I don't write reviews for places like these cause the consistency is just not there. But man oh man the service has gone down like stock market crashing. It wasn't even lunch time and it took more than 25 minutes just to get half sandwich and half salad. It was around 630 pm-7pm on a Wednesday. Customers were waiting forever to get their food. The manager goes oh we're extremely short staffed. They give these lame ass excuse every single time. Lunch time is even worse. There were three employees making food and the guy goes short staffed. I'm like dude what are you talking about. I couldn't agree more with other people that wrote a similar review about this place. Oh and the chicken noodle soup. Consider yourself lucky if you even get two pieces of chicken in it. It's like 95 percent water and some vegetables. This location used to be decent before COVID. Now it's just a disaster. Do not go there unless you have time to waste or have absolutely nothing else to do.
The food here used to be made quick and consistently. The staff used to be very nice and kept the store clean. Today I came initially through the drive thru but it took so long that I just parked and went inside. I ordered a single sandwhich and it comes out after a half hour and it's made wrong. The avocado was hard and the whole Sandwhich was falling apart when I received it. The new staff no longer care and are no longer friendly. The food quality used to be better and presentable. Now it's a mess! When I went in I was just going to eat it in their dining room but it was so dirty I had to take my food out. The prices were always high but it's still somehow going up but with no more food added. $11 for a simple salad is crazy.
