The service is lacking and not very considerate of customers, but the must-try dish is the cheese butter masala.

My niece was visiting from San Francisco, so we decided to bring her here to try some Indian street food. We ordered pani puri, bhel puri, samosa chaat, and mor... read more My niece was visiting from San Francisco, so we decided to bring her here to try some Indian street food. We ordered pani puri, bhel puri, samosa chaat, and more. We were informed that it would take about 20-25 minutes. When we returned after 20 minutes, we were told that the samosa chaat would take a little longer. We didn't mind waiting and were looking for a place to sit, but the cashier rudely gestured for us to leave and said the waiting area was outside. Despite the nearly empty restaurant, we were not allowed to wait at a table for just 5 minutes. We went outside to a non-air conditioned area, but luckily there was a fan. It was a first for me to be denied access to a table while waiting for my order. To top it off, the food was excessively hot and spicy. Overall, not a pleasant experience and I was left feeling embarrassed in front of my guest.

One thing that stands out to me is the kind service of an elderly gentleman who brings your food to the table. He places the plate in front of you and says, "enjoy your food beta (child)," which always brings a smile to my face. It adds a personal touch to the dining experience that I love. Recently, I have been enjoying their veggie sandwich, which is incredibly satisfying. I also highly recommend their Indo-Chinese dishes, as well as the dal tadaka and jeera rice. My dad always gets the falooda for dessert. If you are a fan of vegetarian cuisine, you must give this place a try.

The Green Salad was tasty, although I had to eat it without any dressing. I only finished half of it and will save the rest to eat tomorrow with some leftover hummus from the fridge.

The vegetables were undercooked and swimming in oil, the kolhapuri sabzi lacked any actual veggies, and the paneer tikka masala had tough, inedible paneer. The prices are unreasonably high for such poorly prepared dishes. This ruined my Saturday.
