The food was impeccable; you could tell they use high-quality ingredients and that it’s prepared by skilled chefs. The portions were quite generous—so much so that we couldn’t finish our main courses. The drinks were reasonably priced, and there was a modest selection for an Indian restaurant. The staff were friendly and professional, attentive without being intrusive, and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. I found the overall price to be about average for a city center Indian restaurant, but it was worth every penny! I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys quality Indian cuisine. It’s conveniently located just off the lower end of the Royal Mile, making it a fantastic spot. I will definitely return on my next trip to Edinburgh.

The service was excellent and very reasonably priced. The only downside was the ambiance of the restaurant—it felt more like a café than a dining establishment. While the decor was modern, the tables and place mats were outdated, which was a bit disappointing. However, considering the top-notch quality and taste of the food, I would give it 5 stars. I would definitely return!

We didn't have much as we had snacked a lot, so it was a lighter fare for us. The food we had was good, fresh and hot. At the time we were about to leave a couple of platters of sizzlers was delivered to our neighboring table which looked intriguing and yummy. Certainly smelt good. If I get a chance to go back there again, I might try that out. Service was fast and the staff were very friendly and the costs seemed OK for the location. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
