When I was standing waiting for food with my four year old son, a female staff member (with short brown hair) asked us to move in an incredibly rude manner, as... read more When I was standing waiting for food with my four year old son, a female staff member (with short brown hair) asked us to move in an incredibly rude manner, as in her words, she needed to “keep the area clear” in which we were standing. I have no objection to being asked to move but this person could have asked much more politely. Her attitude was as if I was meant to know where to wait, even though it hadn’t been specified when I ordered. I find in general when I have waited for food here in the past, it is unclear where you are meant to stand as there is no designated spot. And all of this whilst I am trying to keep my four year old occupied while we wait. It was very disappointing as the male staff member who took our order at the till was very helpful and friendly.
