What User doesn't like about Salerno Pizza:
The menu must have changed since previous reviewers visit, as nothing is vegan marked and most of the menu items contain meat. It is possible to create your own pizza with vegetable toppings, but frustrating, this would cost more than most of the meat pizza on the menu. Once we had ordered, the pizza was really good and the service was fast as a whole the experience was good, but I would not say it is especially vega... View all feedback.
Large prices for the portion size. beautiful location in the shopping center. a big plus for not extra for vegan cheese. updated by previous review on 2021-09-27
This place is adjacent to the Bonnie Wild marketplace and significantly better value for money. Pizzas are easily customisable with any topping from the menu and specials board. Really tasty, generous size and arrives quickly.
The pizza at this restaurant was fantastic! I will definitely be returning with more people. I tried one of their special pizzas for March, which had tomato soup, vegan mozzarella, aubergine, paprika, basil, and extra virgin olive oil - it was absolutely delicious. My friend ordered a vegan margarita pizza and said it was perfect, rating it 10/10 and at a great price of $7.50. We also had garlic bread with vegan mozzarella, which was a nice addition. The only reason I didn't give this restaurant a perfect 5/5 rating is because they didn't have vegan meat alternatives available. If they added options like vegan pepperoni or sausage, I would give them a nearly perfect 4.9/5 rating. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend it to any vegan or non-vegan looking for delicious pizza.
Considering the location, the pizza at Paesanos in Glasgow is both inexpensive and delicious, making it feel like a familiar favorite.
