What Albertina Åström doesn't like about Rustom:
Absolutely horrible. The portion sizes were miniscule. The masala fish was not true masala fish but just crumbs. Prices were too high for the quality of food. Staff was the least bit friendly to me or my family. Will not be going there again and do not recommend. View all feedback.
We were on a day trip from newcastle and saw this place wasn't too far from station and open daytime so decided to give it a try. Service was good food was nice it was clean decor was lovely atmosphere was pleasant enough.
Never had a bad experience with this restaurant before, but tonight I have. Chicken Bhuna swimming in oil, more oil than sauce, not acceptable had to scoop out the chicken ditch the rest. So disappointed.
Service is good but too slow. Food is good i tried korma, lamb tikka masala and butter chicken, they was very sweet i didn’t like it much. Biriani is awesome.
Excellent food. Superb service. Friendly staff. Owner himself entertained us. Lovely guy.
