However, we've dined here often and, for the most part, it’s a pleasant experience with great food. In my opinion, they serve the best gluten-free pizzas around! The staff is friendly, which is a nice surprise for a chain Italian restaurant. They even offer grappa to go with your meal! Although we had to ask a few times since the first waiter didn’t seem to understand what we wanted.

We visited for a special occasion, and at the last minute, my mother sent us a voucher to cover our meals. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially considering the sudden change. The view from the glass front would have been lovely, but unfortunately, the weather was quite overcast.

While the atmosphere was nice, I found the Italian cuisine to be a bit lacking. The waiter was well-intentioned, but there were a few mistakes, such as bringing ice water despite a clear request for water without ice. Overall, the experience could have been much better with a bit more attention to detail.

The interior is modern and spacious with nice decoration and an open fireplace which gives a cosy vibe on colder days. It is often very quiet at lunchtimes so is a nice option for a chilled out break from your busy day. The staff are nice and attentive possibly due to lack of custom. It is the same food you get in any Prezzo but I love it for it's location try it!
