They are definitely giving Zizzi's a run for their money these days with excellent vegan pizzas, a great atmosphere, and attentive service. Highly recommended for a delicious pizza in Edinburgh. View all feedback.
What Suzi Walker doesn't like about PizzaExpress:

Definitely until Zizzi's in these days 2 great vegan pizzas, good atmosphere and service. Recommended for a good pizza in Edinburgh :
The food at this restaurant is delicious, well prepared, and presented. The staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. I visited again tonight and am now giving it a 5-star rating. The staff is professional and friendly, and the food is first-class. The restaurant is very clean and well presented. It is definitely better than the Ocean T. branch.
We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and are so pleased that we did! We tried the Arancini and the Calabrese Pizza, both of which were excellent. The service was outstanding, especially considering how crowded it was. This place is a definite must-visit!
I've been to this particular pizza express numerous times you need to book in advance as it's always a popular choice. The food is delicious, the service has been quick and they were also very happy to store and bring out a custom birthday cake. The orange Wednesdays is also great gutted that I'm not the Orange customer but still great when your friend is :D family friendly too.

The staff are attentive and friendly when they are welcoming you and taking your order. The reason I am only giving three stars is due to the way the staff act with one another when it is not busy within the restaurant. They are very loud and distracting with one another, and this takes away from the relaxing experience of having a lovely meal. This is a shame, as it creates an awkwardness when trying to concentrate on a conversation with your company. So to conclude, I really enjoy Pizza Express as a chain restaurant, but find the nature of the staff to sadly be too unprofessional.
