Known for its delicious buttermilk waffles, especially the bacon and maple syrup variety, the restaurant excels in flavor and creativity. While the service may be slow during busy times, the warmth of the staff and the inviting ambiance more than compensate for the wait. With reasonable prices and a commitment to quality, Papii is a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable brunch experience in Edinburgh, although gluten-free options are limited.

I went for an early breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and cozy atmosphere, even at that hour. It appears that Eggs Benedict is their specialty, although I opted for a different dish.
