Our waitress was literally the most friendly and best waitress I have ever had, no exaggeration. The food was lovely too and good value. We had to push back our booked time by 1.5 hours on the day but this wasn't a problem at all. View all feedback.

I visited this restaurant in Edinburgh and was disappointed with the service. We waited over an hour for our starters, which were not worth the wait. The main courses took around 40 minutes to arrive after we finished the starters. The portion of salmon I ordered was very small and dry. Unfortunately we were really inconsistent with the service time and eating. Not only our food lasted half an hour, we ordered starters and mine.
This restaurant was a sweat. we ordered appetizers because we were not too hungry and when they were delivered to our table, it was partly so tiny.
We came to a late dinner and had to go to ourselves. excellent service, delicious food and especially for a reasonable price (my Scottish heritage).
We had a fantastic evening last night at Papavero. We were a sizeable group. Greg and his team couldn’t have been more accommodating. The food was excellent, the service superb and they were very patient when we sat on. Thank you for a terrific evening!
We had another fantastic evening at Papavero. The food was amazing and the staff was very attentive. Whenever we are in Edinburgh, we always make sure to stop by this restaurant.
