Nando's Edinburgh Lothian Road

To be honest, the worst Nando’s we have ever visited. hardly anyone in, made wait for a table that was ignored by donna, who then asked aggressively if we had waited long. I will not lie, feared for my life, so scottish. the food was müll, see picture. of my chicken and cheese pine bread, which we can only accept, was prepared by a 2 year old chimpanzeee. my 9-year-old son would have shot it better while playing his ps5. they just say no if they are ever in the opposite.

There were many empty tables, but we sat on the door, the children couldn't take off their chees as it was too cold. Maybe this should be removed? I had to order everything from my phone that had a very low battery. I had to lead us around Edinburgh. 20 minutes to register Nando’s and order the eating came to find the huh very unsatisfactory, not a nice taste to eat. a glass red wine ordered was very bad cheap wein hard to drink. another disappointment was that the children mayo prefer to have their meals instead of ketchup, but the restaurant had no so that they did not eat their chips as if they were torn into mayo. there was no personal service I had brought into the kitchen.

We haven't been in nandos for 2 years (but in the past in a set of nandos) it was one of the things we were happy to do when we came out of lockdown. today we visited edinburgh and decided to. to go to the nando’s on the lothian road. first the app played when we ordered, 5 minutes after we were ordered that there is an hour waiting for chicken legs so we exchanged for something else. our food arrived and I asked if there was a salt for my chips. we were told there were no as the restaurant had run out! I had a bohnenburger who, when I was in her a little stone cold I am frozen! I had to go to the main counter, because no personal was close and was complaining. a coworker came back to our table and took the burger away before he returned the chips and told me a new burger. the chips were not hot anyway, so they can imagine how cold they were when they were led over the restaurant. So I sat for 15 minutes with my cold chips waiting for my burger to come back while my other half finished his meal. After 10 minutes, when the burger had not arrived, we called a coworker and told him not to interfere with the burger. I would have lost my appetit and could not be harassed with the angry one! when the burger finally arrived, it was not the right job anyway! we got a refund and most employees were very nice, especially the young, who gave us the refund. we were horrified! We both were looking forward to a decent meal and are on the other side of it.

Armed and took age to take place, despite the many tables available. then I was told that no one would take my order that I would have to do it through my phone. I explained I wanted to pay cash and was told by the waiter cash, is now...illegal amazing I missed such an important piece of new legislation in the real estate. the type has upset me so much that I just left and took my illegal money elsewhere. used to enjoy this restaurant but not be back.

Had the pleasure of meeting Donna on 23/08/21 , Nando's food is always good but my lunch time visit was all the better for meeting Donna. I am quite a fussy eater but Donna went over and above to accommodate my needs, nothing was to...much hassle for her even though she was busy. I have to say ever Nando's should have a Donna, she is a credit to your company. Thanks again for everything, you deserve a huge pay rise.
