Wha... read more I noticed that this restaurant pays attention to reviews, so I wanted to share my experience. My food order was accurate, and the meal itself was excellent. What impressed me even more was the staff member who handled an issue, which wasn’t related to the food quality. She was friendly and understanding toward the customer and later personally followed up on the situation. I initially thought her professionalism made her a manager, but when she called the actual manager to authorize a reorder, I realized she wasn’t. I would promote her to manager without hesitation; she truly deserves recognition. If all retailers operated like this, the internet might just shut down!
