The bag included onion soup, some mango pancakes that tasted off, a half-eaten... read more I picked up a Too Good To Go bag from Freshbite Café and was really disappointed. The bag included onion soup, some mango pancakes that tasted off, a half-eaten cake, and two pieces of toast. The only thing that looked edible were the two plain pieces of bread, which is pretty sad considering I paid £5 for it. I understand giving away leftovers, but after using Too Good To Go several times, this was unacceptable. A half-eaten cake is just too much, and the smell of the soup made me feel sick. At least the bread was okay, but everything else went straight in the bin. I’ve eaten at Freshbite before, but after this experience, I have no intention of returning. It’s disappointing because the café seems nice, but selling a half-eaten cake in a £5 bag, when you can buy a full cake there for £3, just doesn’t make sense.
