Food at Frankie Benny's is always nice and their customer service is excellent. Staff are making sure to serve us promptly and they made us feel welcomed each time. Will definitely go back and recommend for a lunch/dinner anyday View all feedback.
What Robert Walas doesn't like about Frankie Benny's Fort Kinnaird:
The restaurant has changed dramatically. It was empty, dull, and lifeless. There were only a few customers and the music was horrible. My wife ordered a medium steak but received it well-done. I ordered the southern chicken starter, but as you can see in the photos, the breading was as hard as a rock. For dinner for two, including a starter, main course, non-alcoholic beer, and orange juice, we spent £61. Overall, I... View all feedback.
Great vegan options for starters, mains, desserts and kids meals. Tasty and great service. Really good non vegan options too.

The staff members were promoting the new Barbie movie by wearing hula chain-necklaces and had the restaurant decorated in a holiday theme. Despite no one being at the counter when we arrived, we were quickly shown to our table with a friendly smile. The ordering process was efficient, with our waiter taking our drink order first followed by our food order. The service was prompt, and the food, although a bit pricey, was fresh and delicious. We especially enjoyed the brownie dessert with ice cream. This restaurant is a great choice for couples, families, or anyone in between. We left a tip in addition to paying for our meal due to the excellent service. For those who enjoy a drink, there is a good selection of wines, beers, and spirits available. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area and looking for a good meal.

The restaurant was quite cold and the food was mediocre at best. The service was a bit slow, even though it wasn't busy. I only went because of an O2 offer for kids to eat free. I don't plan on returning anytime soon.
