The food was amazing, starting with the delicious beetroot starter full of flavor. The halibut was perfectly cooked, although the seasoning, due to the addition of samphire, was a bit salty for my taste. Nonetheless, I enjoyed it all. The beef tartare and smoked haddock starters were also delicious. The sirloin main dish was cooked perfectly to order, and the accompanying beetroot was sweet and complemented the beef well. The desserts, especially the blueberry ice cream, were delicious. As it was a birthday celebration, the macarons were a nice and very much appreciated touch. Overall, a great experience.

Although entering at basement level, our table was on the conservatory elevated level which allowed for natural lighting and very pleasant.
