I visited Fizz Pearl on a Friday around 2pm and noticed many empty tables, yet the staff were chatting and laughing behind the bar instead of attending to custo... read more I visited Fizz Pearl on a Friday around 2pm and noticed many empty tables, yet the staff were chatting and laughing behind the bar instead of attending to customers. My girlfriend and I, along with a few others, waited about 10 minutes to be seated, but the employees continued ignoring us. When we approached to ask how long the wait would be, they responded with jokes about waiting an hour or two, clearly not taking us seriously. Ultimately, we left while they laughed. If possible, I would give this place zero stars. The owner should be aware that such disrespectful staff are driving customers away. With the importance of social media nowadays, I wouldn’t be surprised if this place shuts down soon due to poor service. Edinburgh is a tourist hotspot, and losing just two customers can mean losing many more. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I would not recommend Fizz Pearl to anyone. I will also share this review on all social media platforms.
