The salt chilli pork ribs are always delicious, Singapore noodles too, but the pork fried rice was the star, redolent of twice-fried pork belly and flavour. The assorted dim sum was also excellent. The fly rice was cooked professionally at Chinese way. Kind prawn was fresh. We tried also the Hong Kong style milk tea which is rare in western world. It was really a surprise.
