I ordered chocolate milk tea, honeydew m... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, which is a first for me and has made me reconsider returning. I ordered chocolate milk tea, honeydew melon milk tea, and taro milk tea, but unfortunately, they did not meet our expectations. The chocolate didn't taste like milk tea, the taro tasted like cocoa, and the honeydew melon milk tea was lacking the honeydew melon flavor and tasted like plain cold tea. I went back to the shop shortly after picking up our order and was met by two unfriendly female staff members. I explained that the drinks didn't taste right, but they insisted that they only use one recipe for all milk teas. I felt that the situation could have been handled more efficiently, as I was simply looking for them to own up to their mistake and replace the drinks. Overall, I was very disappointed in the way I was treated by the staff, as I usually have a high tolerance for these types of situations.

My daughter and I decided to check it out after she heard about it, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. Despite her hype, it definitely lived up to our expectations.

We visited today, and the bespectacled girl on the till had a terrible attitude—brusque and unwelcoming. She really shouldn't be customer-facing.
