I was at b’est a few times and eating is generally good. the main problem is that the service can be a little strange. Last time we left, the service was painfully slow. the restaurant wasn't even full. there is a large window that looks into the kitchen, and we saw how the cook had a burning series with one of the waiting staff. although our dinner was tasty, the atmosphere in the restaurant was very bad and we were really set off. I wasn't brave enough to get back!

I highly rec... read more The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is top-notch, all at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and polite. I highly recommend trying the garlic chilli chicken and garlic naan bread, as they are excellent. This is definitely one of the best curry restaurants in Edinburgh.

I recommend trying a selection of tapas dishes, with three dishes being perfect for two people along with rice and naan bread. The atmosphere inside is great, with good music and decorations. I highly recommend this restaurant.
