From the offset trying to make the booking for 16 people online was a bit of a nightmare. Felt as though Luca was not listening to my request which was initially for 20 people and kept going on about deposits which I understand and the link for paying it which by the time it arrived I’d already booked online and paid the deposit as it was less stressful. My calzone was burnt on top which an attempt was made to conceal this by covering it in tomato sauce. We paid a whopping £43 service charge and to be honest the level of service we received did not reflect this. Then I was told we had the table until 8.30pm however just after 8pm we were told there is another booking after us so we were given the bill and practically thrown out onto the street via the fire exit at 8.15pm, one of my friends had literally just finished eating. It felt very rushed. Prior to this I enjoyed coming to this restaurant but I think I’ll be giving it a miss for a while.
We had the most delicious meal here we shared pizza and the carbonara. Lovely welcoming staff and lovely decor.
The service and food was amazing. We really enjoyed everything on the table. Specially the pastas were really good! The service was very nice and we had a really good time. Thanks!
We chose this place as it was very near to our hotel and we were not disappointed. Friendly service, quite a big , varied menu and fair prices. We had pizza and seafood ravioli. They encourage people to share pizza/pasta dishes by plating up half a pizza with half portion of pasta. Every town should have one of these family run Italians.
Great food and the service was (almost) perfect at a very busy time. One slight delay which led to apologies and a reduction to the bill without us even asking. That's how to treat customers and we will be back. We'll done.
