City Grill Steakhouse

I have been to this restaurant multiple times and I have never been let down. The steaks, which are large, were cooked perfectly and delicious.

All ten of us ordered rib eye steak, each cooked to our preference. The steaks were served within 15 minutes, and all but one were cooked as requested. The one that was overcooked was promptly replaced with a properly cooked one. The food and service were excellent. However, the tables we sat at were situated behind a small dividing wall, making it difficult for passersby to see that the restaurant was open for business. Based on our experience, we highly recommend this restaurant to others.

In Edinburgh for three days. walked in off the street, staff really friendly nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent. Would come back again. Recommend this restaurant in a heart beat. Thanks for the meal.

I ordered the rib-eye steak with sweet potato fries and it was excellent. The restaurant has a nice cozy atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning.

Walk in, and place was very busy, so arranged to return in half an hour. Unfortunately was very busy on a Sat evening at start of the festival so they had ran out of rump, so 3 of us opted for rib eye. beautiful steak everything tasted freshly prepared. very good attentive service. Only one small downside , no fresh ground pepper which I love on my steak, however when I asked for fresh pepper waiter brought a small dish of ground pepper.
