My husband ordered the Orange Chicken with f... read more Friday was our recent visit to Tavern 23 after several years. We dined mid-afternoon and had a delightful luncheon. My husband ordered the Orange Chicken with fried rice and was very pleased with his choice. My selection was half a turkey with avocado sandwich accompanied by tomato soup. My personal recommendation is that Tavern 23's tomato soup is the BEST in the Twin Cities.
