I’ve tried this meal before and it was awesome, so I decided to get it again but for to go this time.. it didn’t taste good , no onions , no glaze.. and the peppers were literally raw too.. I regret I ordered from this place and I wish I could have my money back.. don’t offer take out option if you can’t maintain the same quality as dine in.. I think it’s bad for a reputation I ordered on 2/6/2022

The dynamite shrimp was also absolutely fantastic. Not too spicy, but just enough kick.

I don't know whether it's that they're a nic... read more The food is good, but the service was terrible, and this was over Valentine's so I assumed they were fully staffed. I don't know whether it's that they're a nicer restaurant but refuse to give you an actual menu and require you to use your phone or if it's the fact that they expect you to check yourself out by manually entering your credit card, the service reminded me more of a Chili's where you're constantly flagging down a server then somewhere you buy $20 plus dollar plates of food. I mean I get better service from their fast food version of their restaurant, Pei Wei, at least there the register is run by an employee instead of the customer.

Chang's! Restaurant was way too warm, food was not cooked properly and served lukewarm at best. Service was very slow. Seems like we were in there for over 2 hours. Told the server about the food and one item was replaced and the other was not. Cocktails, Dinner and Desert took way too long. No Offer to compensate on the bill. Way Too Expensive for the poor quality of the Food Drinks! Last Time at P.F. Chang's! :
