Good Earth - Edina

The restaurant wasn’t very busy, so we were seated immediately. The waitress was quite helpful. I ordered the veggie burger, but it tasted like it had come straight from a microwave—absolutely awful and completely lacking in flavor. In my opinion, this restaurant doesn't belong in the Edina gallery. It feels outdated, reminiscent of a 90s diner in a retirement community.

On a whim, I decided to try this restaurant for some healthier meal options. We were seated on the patio, which I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re okay with swatting away flies during your meal. I ordered the pan-seared gnocchi, which came with a salad and a health bar. Unfortunately, the gnocchi tasted clearly microwaved, as the plate was very hot, and the dish had lost any crispness, which was quite disappointing. The vinaigrette that accompanied my salad was bland and primarily tasted of olive oil. The highlight of my meal was the strawberry rhubarb bar, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, I expected more from this restaurant, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

We popped in for a quick meal, and this restaurant exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent—very friendly and attentive without being overwhelming. The Turkey Club was fresh and delicious, making it a perfect choice for a light lunch on the patio. We also sampled the Thai Chicken Flatbread, which was loaded with chicken (a nice bonus), and the accompanying peanut sauce added an impressive kick!

We sat here with my Pca client, and we really enjoyed eating and soothing ambiente. the coating is beautiful and so tasteful for it healthy food. I forgot my server name, but she was very attentive and very friendly. she treated my many and I would be very good.

Had always had a good experience here. the thai wrap is the best thing on their take-out menu we have it many, many times. I also tried and loved the chicken salad this week. will be back!
