What Chris Smoot doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Sat in the drive thru for several minutes and couldn't get waited on until after what appeared to be a female employee (Sonic uniform) and a male Mgr? (In a black Sonic uniform) got out of a parked blue truck by the dumpster. Once they finished whatever they were doing in the vehicle, we were finally able to order. Do not go to this Sonic. They forgot items from my order, and I can’t get through to anyone on the phone when I try to call.
My wife recently visited this Sonic, and I’m really disappointed in the company for removing the Large Blasts! I have decided that I will never visit a Sonic again because of this change. I hope your business is prepared to lose a customer, as I won't be returning!
I specifically ordered a #1 with ketchup and pickles, and they asked if I wanted cheese. I said no, but when I got home, I discovered that they had put cheese on it anyway.
I always order food online and picked it up. Occasionally I eat a cheese coney or get an oreo blast.
Love the diet limeade. The ice cream cone was smaller than other sonics.
