Been coming here for years and unsure if this is under new management but the employees are rude and the place has become unkept and really dirty. The servers g... read more Been coming here for years and unsure if this is under new management but the employees are rude and the place has become unkept and really dirty. The servers give you less food and their entire demeanor is about them hating their jobs and not wanting to be there. Last few times the tables were nasty and the floor was dirty and we were there at off peak times. Hope they fix this specially about training or replacing the employees

I... read more I placed a food order through the app for pickup at 1:20 PM and arrived just before that time. However, when I got there, the cashier couldn't find my order. I showed him my confirmation email, and then another staff member came over to talk to me. They informed me that someone else had already picked up my food, which I knew was impossible since I was right there to collect it. Instead of offering to remake my order to rectify their mistake, the staff member told me to request a refund through the app. This location consistently mismanages mobile orders. They really need to improve!
