Lady was polite and pleasant to deal with. Fries were piping hot which was awesome... Sadly the 3 burgers I got for the family were lukewarm. It 's been my complaint about fast food burger joints for years though. Cheese is never melted on a cheeseburger . I miss the 80s/early 90s when fast food still tasted great. My experience isn 't fault of the staff. It 's just how things are now a days.
