The coffee was quite good. However, there was a mix-up with my friend's order; they forgot to add milk to her drip coffee, which was a bit disappointing. The donut and muffin we ordered were both delicious, and I enjoyed my cold brew with pumpkin foam—it wasn't too sweet and was a nice size for a medium. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I will likely return.
I had a terrible experience at Dunkin'. I had visited before, but this time was disappointing. I ordered a caramel crossunder latte and a cold brew and waited 20 minutes in line only to find out they were out of cold brew. Instead, they gave me a cold coffee with caramel, which tasted off. When I mentioned it, the staff member had an attitude and asked what I thought was wrong. He just added a pump of caramel to the watery mess, but it still tasted bad and bitter. There was no offer for a refund or any resolution. Overall, it was the worst experience I've had at a Dunkin'.
Awful experience! We placed a $30 order and were treated very poorly by the woman taking our order, who seemed to be in a really bad mood. Despite my efforts to be polite and friendly, expressing my gratitude, she wouldn’t even acknowledge me with a smile or a simple "have a nice day." To top it off, the food was quite disappointing as well.
Dunkin worst experience in colorado. they do not let the people go to the load to place an order that is not clear when they go and they have no indication. So the people just wait to find out what's going on. set at least one sign or have a staff member directly human. in the time when I was was was wasted at the door, the drive-thin line became too long until I have time to wait. bad communication and bad service.
